Made from raw hair, these wigs offer unmatched softness, bounce, and blend effortlessly with a variety of hair types. WIG CARE
Caring for your flip over wig requires a bit of attention, but with the right routine, it will remain soft, defined, and full of life.
Treat your wig like your natural hair:
• Apply small amounts of product to avoid weighing the curls down
• Sleep with a satin bonnet or on a satin pillowcase to reduce friction
• Always use a heat protectant before using hot tools
• Wash every 2 weeks with sulfate-free shampoo
• Follow up with a moisturizing conditioner—apply from root to tip
• Rinse with lukewarm water to protect the curls and cuticles
• Avoid rubbing or scrubbing the hair while washing—use a downward motion
• Use 2–3 drops of natural oil (Almond or Coconut) while wet to lock in moisture
• Reapply a small amount of oil 2–3 times a week as needed
Some shedding is normal, especially with curly textures. To reduce this, handle gently and avoid excessive combing when dry.
Avoid harsh ingredients like sulfates, isopropyl alcohol, formaldehyde, and propylene glycol, which can dry out or damage the hair over time.
If you plan to bleach or dye your wig, we highly recommend using a professional to avoid over-processing and maintain the hair’s integrity.

Please allow 10–14 days for production (excluding shipping time).
Our wigs are made to order and not mass-produced. Once dispatched, your tracking number will be emailed within 5 days.
Signature required upon delivery. If no one is available to sign, the parcel will be redirected to your local depot for collection.

Choosing Click & Collect? Your wig will be ready for pickup at our E5 studio during your scheduled appointment.
This option is strictly for clients with confirmed bookings.
